The Mission

Mission 30303 is a large-scale rural transformation movement.

30 schools, in 30 days, raising ₹3 Crore for Maharashtra's forgotten Zilla Parishad classrooms. Led by Siddhesh Lokare (Sidiously) and executed by CreateTogether Foundation, it merged documentary storytelling with real impact to drive national attention toward rural education.

First Digital School in 5 km Radius

The Souled Store

When we first visited Dargawadi, the walls were cracked, the structure felt unsafe, and it was barely a place children could sit — let alone learn. There were no toilets, no dignity. The Souled Store stepped forward and changed everything. Today, Dargawadi has proper classrooms, functional toilets, a principal's room, and an interactive digital panel — making it the first digital school within 5 km. Inspired by this transformation, the school is adding a 5th grade in the upcoming session.

The Why Behind the Mission

Maharashtra's schools are in crisis.

Across Maharashtra, over 22,000 schools are unsafe and nearly 24,000 classrooms need urgent repairs. Children brave flooded paths, collapsing roofs, and sheer neglect — driven by nothing more than their desire for an education.

In Bhim Dhanora village, students cross 40-feet-deep backwater lakes on makeshift thermocol boats. In Nashik's Vavi village, a crippled boy of ten trudges two kilometres of rocky, roadless terrain every morning to reach school. These aren't exceptions — they are the everyday reality.

Over one lakh schools in Maharashtra lack the right educational facilities. Some don't have separate toilets for girls. Others have no computers, no libraries, no benches. Many are on the brink of collapse.

That's why Siddhesh Lokare — social impact worker, content creator with 2M+ followers — embarked on a scooty yatra across Maharashtra, documenting the truth and raising a community's voice for these forgotten schools.

Siddhesh met Vinod on a dirt road, walking to school in uniform. His family works on daily wages in a tribal village. He starts his day working before school. When asked why he still comes every day, he simply said: he likes learning. His teacher said Vinod had never missed a single day this year. Mission 30303 ensured his school had the resources to be worth that journey.

Kasturi's mother battles cancer at home. With no electricity, she studied under a lamp every morning before walking alone through a forest to reach school. A safer path was arranged, and Kasturi received a bicycle and an iPad to support her learning.
